It's a civil case so the level of proof is only balance of probabilities. On the balance of probabilities, I'd say a narcissistic king canute like Trump is likely to be a rapist without seeing any evidence.

Trump, in theory could appeal the civil verdict to the US Supreme Court by requesting what’s known as a "writ of certiorari” asking them to review the case and verdict. He appointed 2 of them so might feel he has a chance their of getting it overturned. It could take years meaning he doesn’t have to pay any money in the meantime.
