If you need extra money, just get back into trading, doing what you were doing a year ago.

Hi i too am looking for drone feeds , i have seen examples and looks great , side views no head on rubbish, and 2 seconds ahead , dont listen to the negative people on here they don't know what they are talking about lol please let me know if you find thanks
Be aware, there is an active market to rip people off who want fast pictures. People are so desperate they are sending money to individuals promising fast feeds, but it's just a con.
I would try TPD first.
Race reading is more than just seeing who is going to cross the line first and that low hanging fruit that went a long time ago.

I am sitting on the fence, but can throw you some advice. speaking from past experience.
1. There are some good feed suppliers but you have to choose carefully.
2. It is still a hard game of fastest finger first, 5 years ago it was easier money.
3. Time delays between Belfair video have improved.
4. There is a lot of screen sharing going on so you need to be on the live feed, not a screen share of a screen share.
5. You still need how to read races not just look for horses going backwards.

TPD is amazing given the amount of depth it tells you about a race.
If you are trying to nip in to back something before it's crossed the line I can see why you would say that. But that's low hanging fruit that is a very one dimensional way of looking at in-play stuff. That's not what TPD is for really.
Try thinking of TPD as a way to look at a football team and see the build up to a goal, rather than trying to be the person who sees the ball hit the back of the net first.

I've been using TPD for the last couple of months but I haven't been impressed. Granted I'm on the lowest package but the speed is way off, the odds on the in play trader tell you what's happening before the GPS data so someone somewhere is ahead of it. I'm guessing that's drones.
It's all well and good looking at data of speed over sector times etc but at any point the horse can tire/give up even if the data has been showing it to be performing strong.
Imo the key is seeing and being the first to what actually is happening,as people will be joining you, you just need to get there first. Hence why I think drone feeds are taking off (pun intended)
I haven't used the PARS which I understand can be very helpful. Unfortunately TPD just isn't as fast as I need it or expected it to be so I don't think I'll be renewing it again.

The in-play UK horse racing markets are predominantly driven by the drone pictures. TPD via Bet Angel on a 200ms package is at least the same latency as drones, some will claim TPD is slightly ahead. There are plenty of things that TPD can tell you that drone pictures can't, and vice versa.Scotty66 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 11:48 amI've been using TPD for the last couple of months but I haven't been impressed.
