Market reopened, showing £22k matched, so assuming all bets matched earlier still stand .

Suspended again now !
Nothing unusual happening on track, no reports of any non runners or anything, seems a betfair fault at present .
Edit. Reopened ! Over broke on the lay side ?

Seems the suspend guy pressed the void market button when he woke up.

Meant to say overround, was bouncing at 105+ for a while and people taking silly bets when the market came back up

Yeah, the ? was just me not understanding why ! Still overbroke in running too, though I’m ashamed to admit, I don’t know how to take advantage !spreadbetting wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 5:39 pmMeant to say overround, was bouncing at 105+ for a while and people taking silly bets when the market came back up
Im assuming you could laid the field at the current price and made a profit. I've never really explored it either but if you go into Bookmaking tab you can simulate it.TraderFred wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 5:42 pmYeah, the ? was just me not understanding why ! Don't be too hasty to lay the field cos the market's overround/broke, it's usually because there's a non runner and things won't always be what they seem

I used to profit from laying the field at an overround of 102-105% over 5-10 minutes. But trying to do it all at once when the book's over broke never appealed to me. It only takes one or two prices to move and there goes all your profit. Doing in IP must be even harder.
