Silks for S.Africa racing

Silks are not loading for Greyville, S.africa - or the individual racehorse number/draw.

This is happening quite a lot - is there any way of checking where the problem is.

There is an option to use alternate silks in Bet Angel, so try that first.

You will find it under settings / communications

Yes, I try that, but doesn't work.

The silks are not loading on other API software either - so presume the file is just not available.

Who provides it ?

Betfair provide the data via the API, are the silks showing on the Betfair site? If not they probably been too lazy to load them when they created the market.

Thx - they are not on the website.

I would tweet BetfairCVS - but have outstanding issues with bets that should have been voided since Sat, which they don't respond to.

Customer service is well below what I expect.

Go via your account manager that's what he's paid for, the customer services reps are a waste of time from my experience. Half don't even know how the exchange runs and I've always had to escalate problems to a manager and they're usually reasonable.
