Does anyone have figures for the average daily traded volumes of UK races? Or can point me in the right direction?
From what I can tell, Thursdays and Sundays are the lowest volume. Is that right?

There will be other forum members who can give you a better idea of specific numbers but as a rule of thumb:
It tends to be quieter on Mondays and Tuesdays before increasing for the latter part of the week with Saturday's being the highest volume. Sundays can be good if there is decent racing on.
It's also important to bear in mind that seasonality has an impact on volumes as well.
