Be interesting to see what people think will actually win the race?????

I have always loved Bristol De Mai.

Bookies betting turnover on this year's National must surely be down when you think of the millions of once a year punters not being able to wander into a betting shop. Can't see many of them opening an online account just to have a bet.

My pal owns a local bookies... for the last year he's operated using telephone accounts with all the old boys that usually spend the afternoon in the lounge etc.

Nice for them to still get there fix! Especially when most wouldn't know how to place a bet online!

The winner should be from top 4 in betting in my view, with Cloth Cap almost nailed on if he stays up.

Burrows, Minella, Any Second: all great chances. They should place if they stay up.

Yala Enki, Kimberlight and Farclas for the 7 and 10 places paid options.

That's my tuppence worth anyhow. : - )

Hi Mate. Hope your well.

Very good jumper and stays all day long. Probably the main reason is the weight and the fact it keeps improving. Lots of ticks to be fair!

Cloth cap has a good chance Good Jumper absolutely hacked up last twice and only carrying 10st 5lbs so light weight will help.
I just think he needs to keep out of trouble as there are plenty front runners who will take him on for the lead and at 4.0 he may hack up but no value for me as a backer.

I like Bristol De Mar also but no 12yo has won in the last 15 yrs you have to go back to 2004 so the stats say he wont win that's why although I think Definitely Red might he is also a 12yo.

Just on stats alone the following horses all tick the right boxes based on( Age/Last Race/Last Race Course Ran/Last Fin Pos/Country/Headgear/Horse Sex/Days Last Ran/Runs This Season/)
Anyway its just a big guessing game and I normally don't have a bet but I have managed to pick the winner 4/6 times in the last 6 yrs.

Today I will Put my 2 cents on Minella Times @ 14.0

Shortlist below based on the stats

Any other suggestions ?

Most form-based people have been suggesting Minella Times to me.

From a trading perspective, there is a lot of movement in the early market. Haven't seen that in prior years.
