Cant place Bets

Today I logged into Betfair on 2 laptops and Bet Angel on 1 laptop. Tried to place bets using Bet Angel and got the following from the log: Betfairs business rules do not allow this order to be placed".
Tried placing bets on their website app, got the following: The following bets could not be placed: Most likely this is due to you being located in a country where we currently can't offer our services.
Got onto chat, was asked had I gone to another country.
No I havent left Dublin since Cheltenham 2019.
Told to clear cookies and cache.
I clear them every day before I start.
Well then you must have a Technical error.
What kind of Technical error do you mean?
Just a technical glitch, on our end everything looks good. That is why I recommend you keep refreshing and clearing cache and cookies. Is there anything else:)

I am using Vodafone Fibre to the Home, the IP which is Dynamic, shows that it is in Dublin and will probably change in the morning.

Any suggestions lads?

Sorted. Turned off the router for a while and when it restarted I had been allocated a new IP address and logged into Betfair and could place bets again.
Still not sure why Betfair thought the previous IP was in another country as when I did a geolocator look up, it said the IP was in Dublin.
