Hi looking to pick some brains here. I was wondering what sort of set up people use for in-play trading? Some of the online streams are either terrible quality (betfair) or have a huge delay.
I keep seeing conflicting information on what is faster, free sat or freeview, using a motorized satellite or digital? Can anyone give me any clarification on what stream has the least latency?

Thanks people.

In the Uk, you wont beat the drones.

Elsewhere, is a big place. U need to be specific and indicate budget.

Oh I know you won't beat drones but for actual TV footage of racing UK. I live in North East England.

In my experience actual 'to-air' channels (whether freeview, satellite or digital) are completely useless for in-play trading because they will be several seconds behind. As far as I know Betfair live is as fast as you will get for an authorised feed and is about 1.5 secs behind. Unofficial drone pictures will be between 0.5s and 1s, and TPD data is less than half a second.

TV channels = forget it, way behind
Betfair live video = Racing TV is fine you can compete with tpd, drones. Sky racing betfair feed is bollocks and behind.
