depends on how you define a favourite.
A favourite can be anything you fancy whereas an SP favourite is dictated by the market .
Or do you mean placing an SP back bet on Any favourite @-5 min or a straight back bet .
could one find a back bet @-5 min that can beat the sp bet and if not , is this what you mean by both being efficient ?

I actually mean any horse whether it's the current or future favourite or not, eg all the number 4s or number 3s. The addage about betting blind and grossing zero doesn't apply to the 0min price, its anytime........ I've forgotten why we were talking about this now :D But it is Saturday night.
