i think the horses will be ok if the owners transfer them quickly; i believe if transfers are completed 5 working days before Cheltenham, then they can run.

It's not very nice to sit on a dead horse but it's not the worst thing in racing you can do, and he only sat down to answer his phone. I might have done the same myself.
