thanks, don't think that's today, i think there waiting for a horse ambulance - not sure what the commentator was saying, a mumbling quiet type who should be kept off the airways.
Why don't they time/date these news snips!
cause they are lazy or cant be asked or underpaid or not interested or thick or similar reasons, just how the world is these days - slap dash

Caspian Queen is so weak, I even chased the price up because it was so weak which I don't usually do and still couldn't get matched :)

I found it tough today, the markets just weren't flowing right and found it hard to get matched at times.

Y, happens quite often. It's always interesting when that happens.

Usually it's on a horse that refuses to load in the stalls, but on this occasion the horse never went to the start and Betfair missed it. But obviously were aware as they adjusted shortly afterwards.

It screws up in-play stuff sometimes and we always get queries in support when it happens.

It normally happens when a horse is withdrawn just before the start and there's not enough time to pull the horse from the market. Reduction factors are applied to pre-off bets but not to in-play bets, so the horse can just be ignored in-play.
