Blazing Saddles NR in the 1400, but wasn't removed from market and was traded on inplay?!
Y, happens quite often. It's always interesting when that happens.peachflame wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 2:14 pmBlazing Saddles NR in the 1400, but wasn't removed from market and was traded on inplay?!

Usually it's on a horse that refuses to load in the stalls, but on this occasion the horse never went to the start and Betfair missed it. But obviously were aware as they adjusted shortly afterwards.
It screws up in-play stuff sometimes and we always get queries in support when it happens.

It normally happens when a horse is withdrawn just before the start and there's not enough time to pull the horse from the market. Reduction factors are applied to pre-off bets but not to in-play bets, so the horse can just be ignored in-play.peachflame wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 2:21 pmmust say i've never noticed it before in my limited experience.Euler wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 2:15 pmY, happens quite often.
