Must admit I hadn't even looked at the market before 5mins to the off

Watch the markets your interested in before ten mins out it will give you more experience of how the market will pan out if you watch every market 5 mins or 3 mins before the off you are missing information of how the markets form

I never use stops or trailing stops I allow the market to go against me as long as everything else I see in the market does not change so I focus on not my trade but everything else that can effect my trade

Snash £7 at 1000 :shock:

I got £2.50 on it at around 20's. Wish I'd have got on the 1000 though :lol:
