The race itself went on time; it was Betfair who went way too early.
I've only seen races jump early a few times. However, Betfair does it semi-frequentely.

Is the footage you have access to the same as the live footage at the track? I haven't been to many race meetings, but I went to Recliffe last week and the race was over when on TV they were just coming into the sprint lane and someone had Bet Trader open on the finish line.
Until August last year, I still made plenty of money betting up until 100m of the finish post. Now I get smashed once they get into the straight ~ 400m. There's been big changes to market efficiency. Someone who bets from the TV has margins squeezed.
I am seeing the same issues but your bets are not being cancelled. They actually appear eventually. Be very careful. API status is showing as no issues but clearly there are.

Yes seen my balance has gone down and the log says unmatched when reached the market, this is not good
