Sad of course but very true. And even more sadly, PVL has absolutely no interest in BF volumes or BF revenue. None, rien, nada, zilch. In his words BF are just another bookie. I don't know if it is a lack of intellectual curiosity, pressure from corporate bookmakers or something else.

Having been away for a while I thought I best check up on the thread to see what has been happening ahead of the Melbourne Cup tonight. I was disappointed to read about the change to the NSW Turnover Charge.
Does anyone know if this charge is offset against the weekly Premium Charge? For example if I had £200 in NSW TO charges and my weekly PC was £1000, would I be charged:
a) £200 TO Charge + £800 PC
b) £200 TO charge + £1,000 PC
c) Some other amounts?
I have read the T&C's but it doesn't say the way I read it.
Also can anyone recommend a VPN service that they use to access Oz Pictures from outside of OZ to get around the geo blocking?
