Nearly
On the signal tab remove the signal goal you've added

and add Signal Value condition
signal named 'goal'
has a value equal to 1

Love these! Thanks Dallas. Am I correct in thinking that there isnt a way currently to set a automation for the correct score market as there is no way to identify which team scored the goals. For example Team A - 2 Goals, Team B - 3 Goals? Im just thinking as a trigger for the correct score market.

Almost, it just needs to test the signal on the market not the selection

With some minor changes you can signal which team scored, it just needs the conditions on the home/away selections rather than the draw, the following example is closer to what you are looking for (you'll just need the .baf file if you are triggering rules only, the other file is just to display them)

PS, Glad your finding the examples useful

The log would be the first place to check to see if the signals are being set, and or if there are any error messages being returned from Betfair

Hi Dallas,

I still cant seem to get this right, wondering if you could be of (more) help!

I'd like to place a Lay bet on the Under 4.5 Goals market, providing the match is 1-1 at half time. However I think I'm over complicating the signals and going in circles. Any chance you could point me in the right direction.

Thanks

How can I set a condition, if the score is 0-0, 1-1 or 2-2?

If it's 3-3, I don't want to bet.

Is the bet to trigger whenever those scores are reached or only if its one of those at a specfic time ie, half-time or after 75mins etc?

The bet is triggered if the score is at the break 0-0 or 1-1 or 2-2,

There is a bot here that identifies the score at HT, you could then add your rules to that with a few conditions to ensure it only triggers if its one of your specified scores

Hello,

Quite new to automation and just trying to wrap my head around how I might begin implementing some strategies.

Would I be correct in my assertion - with the way rules are applied to markets - that it would not be possible to create an automation rule that backs under 0.5 from whatever the current score might be?

I.e. score is 1-1 at HT --> place a bet on U2.5.
OR score is 2-1 at HT --> place a bet on U3.5 etc. etc.

Would these need to be saved as separate rules and applied to each different market or is there a way you could package it all as one?

Thanks :D

This post will show how you can trigger bets on the current score/next score in the Over/Unders
