I was wondering would it be easy to automate the scenario below in soccer markets?

(Only in matches where the teams are not completely mismatched. For example I dont want it to trigger if one team is below 1.50 in the match odds market.)

If a goal is scored in the match in the first 15 minutes, place a back bet on the Under 3.5 goals market. Green up at 50% of max profit on the bet.
