Cant get this bot to fire on draw at 0-0 at HT

So I've taken this bot off one the threads on the forum because I thought that it would be perfect for a strategy that I have where I lay the draw at HT if the score is 0-0. Now it's firing on 1-1 but it's not firing on 0-0 which is what I want it to do………. anybody got any ideas on this? Have I not set it up correctly?

Any advice that anyone would have about setting up a bot that would lay the draw if the game was 0-0 at half time would be greatly appreciated. I can seem to find any conditions that specify a score?
