Right I see, so the condition I added wont make a blind bit of difference as it would trigger but not act in the 1st set. I've closed the market now on Guardian, I'm very new to automation as I do everything manually so I only know basics. Just perplexed as to why it didnt trigger as I could see the profit across both selections was above 50% of stake.

Oh here we go:

4/09/2020 10:29:37: Market changed to Ostapenko v Hibino - Match Odds
24/09/2020 10:48:32: Market has been suspended
24/09/2020 10:48:33: [G_Auto] : An error occurred while Greening Up Jelena Ostapenko by Laying 0.26 at 8.8 [stage 1S][1.08_2]: The entire order has been rejected.
24/09/2020 10:48:33: [G_Auto] : An error occurred while Greening Up Jelena Ostapenko by Laying 0.26 at 8.8: The bet has already been taken or lapsed

That was set up as instructed in the OP. As a trial I just ran it with £1 stake hence the 0.26 I guess.
Balls, thats the end of the match. Theres nothing else on the log unfortunatly, I switched markets a few times.
If the market is still in Guardian you'll be able to click on it, then below the bottom window click the 'log' tab and that will show the full log for just that market.

Looking at that part of the log you sent that was the green up rule that would trigger at 2-0 in a 5 set mens match as its fired after the market was suspended.
So I need to see further back to see what happened with the 50% green up rule

The settings in your image are fine so they've been added correctly
Thanks, but stupidly removed it from guardian. It just triggered on another match but backed the underdog for some reason! I think I will leave this one now its frying my brain

Hi Dallas,

I have been playing around with this automation - thanks for sharing.

Question on the Fix Order rule - is it over-ridden by later rules if I select "position 2 - sorted by favouritism" for example or is it fixed by the initial rule and thats it?

Cheers

Fix fixes the order so the 2nd rule is a retrospective test. I don't know of any way to Unfix it to make that a live test.

There is also a 'Unfix Order of Selections' rule which returns everything to a live state

When you're busy I'm fine with a simple RTFM ;)

Ive been playing about with various bots and trying to modify for the below strat but without success, is there anything close that I can ammend ?

I want to LAY FAV start of match.
When FAV serve is broken place back bet of 50%
IF FAV breaks OPP then Close Trade and Hedge.
otherwise End of set Green UP.

Just in the first set or whenever it happens in a match?

You could use the in in the OP of this thread and edit the back bet rule to a lay bet and and change the score condition to sets 0-0, games 0-0, points ANY- ANY (just because the score feed may sometimes start coming through after the 1st point or 2)

Then on the close trade rule flip the conditions so that fav is not serving and the two ‘Tennis Relative Odds’ conditions test if the favourite is 1 or more games behind and 2 or less games behind in this set.

Then on the green up rule change the fixed score condition to Sets 1-0, Games 0-0, Points 0-0

First time poster, long timer lurker!

How would you put an odds condition on this? Like the fav at the start of the match has to be under 1.7 or something? I assume it wouldnt go in the Back fav rule as it would take the odds of the back at the time?

Cheers🙂

If you add a 'Set/Modify Signal' rule applied to the fav and armed to trigger one time
from 00:00:00 before start
until 23:59:00 after start

and on the signal tab set a signal on the market (give it any name you want)

Then add the following two conditions
In-play condition - market is NOT in-play
Fixed Odds Condition - back price is less than 1.70

Then on your back fav rule just add a 'Signal Set' condition
to test the signal on the market
named (whatever you called it)
is set with a value

and that will ensure the in-play rule only triggers is the fav was 1.70 or less pre-match
