What value did P140 contain before you subtracted one from it?

If it was the first time you used it I don't think SVs start with a value of zero, you may need to initialise it my placing zero (or a number of your choice) before arithmetic operations.

Thank you I see its like the divide by 0 error

It's not like the divide by zero error as you're subtracting, the problem is there's no value in the SV to subtract from. There's no need to initialize SVs if you immediately put a value in it, but if I want to start with zero and increment I usually have a rule that runs at the start setting such SVs to zero.
