DOBing - Back & Lay at 50% Guardian Automation Bot.

This bot is for the well known horse racing strategy of DOBing (Double or Bust).

If you have never heard of it or not sure what it is a quick search on Google will bring up all the info needed.

It Places a £10 back bet on upto 2 nominated runners of your choice and closes the trade if that selections odds trade 50% lower In-Running.

To use the file just click on the DOBing.Baf attachment link below and this will download it to your computer, then with guardian open on the "Automation" tab click "Import a Rules File" as shown in the image, once imported it will now appear in the drop down box just above, you can now apply it to any markets you have added into guardian.

Now after applying the rule to the markets you have to Nominate the runner/s you wish to run the rule on - this is done on Guardian's main screen using the drop down menu in the "Automation Nominated Selection 1 & 2" columns (see Image's).

If you want to find out how Bet Angel can alert you to DOBing opportunities see this blog
https://www.betangel.com/blog/front-run ... bet-angel/

The stake size can be edited very easily by clicking on "Edit Rules File" then click on the "Parameters" tab.

Additional parts/conditions can also be added or removed from the bot as you build it into your own bespoke automation file.

With any automation bot always run in practice mode first to ensure everything is working fine, and repeat this each time you make any changes.

Hi Dallas
I've used this automation as a template but flipped it over to a Lay 2 Back automation instead. My question is regarding the Close trade profit condition. Can this rule be used to Red/Green up if the trade is going the wrong way?
I know there is another way of doing this type of automation with the Global Settings with the offset bet with stops, but sometimes the stops aren't triggered because the price has shot down too quickly past the stop. With the Close trade condition you've created it has 3 goes at greening up making sure . Just wondered if this can be created to cut losses on a Lay Trade

Thanks

Just to add to that it also needs changing to 'Less than'
