This is a Basic Guardian automation bot for in-running racing markets

This bot will trigger an alert via a Stored Value when the leader approaches a fence, it does this by checking for a sudden change in current speed over the average speed of a recent number of seconds of the leader, which would indicate the runner is getting ready to jump

This file can be used as part of an automation rule ie, for cancelling unmatched lay bets just before they reach a fence in case they fall which you can then re-submit once the fence is cleared, or if you are a manual trader you can have the alert displayed on your one-click or ladder screen so you can take action accordingly

Below are two screenshots showing it in action on the one-click screen, the first showing it during a section of the race between fences

In the next screenshot as they approach the fence the rule has triggered the stored value to alert you to this

Fence Approach 2.jpg

Once they are are clear of the fence and there current speed picks up the Stored Value text is cleared and will be ready to trigger again as they approach the next fence

Please note you will need an active subscription to TPD to use these files

How it works and using the Rules File
Once you have it imported into your Guardian you can edit those (or any other parts of the file) anyway you want or remove them and add your own rules to use the recent form very easily by clicking on "Edit Rules File".

Please refer to the 'Note' tab for a more detailed explanation on how each rule works and how it may be connected/linked to other rules within the file

TIP

After a lot or testing and experimenting I found checking for a sudden drop of the current speed of more than 1mph below the average speed worked very well on both NH jumps and hurdles, but you can of course experiment further with this and maybe fine tune it even better for hurdles and use a different value for for NH jumps

If you'd like to do this all you need to edit is what's in the highlighted area in the following image, for example you could text for a relative percentage drop in speed
