I tried to get this myself using History Lists. History list 1 storing the traded volume at best back/lay price & History List 2 storing selection volume then History List 3 storing value of History List 1 devided by History List 2. Problem is I don't know how that data translates so I tried to export my History Lists to check but for some odd reason I've forgotten how to do it, I've got files that export SV's but for the life of me I can't get this one to work.Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 5:48 pmYou can store the value of the traded volume at a price but not what the overall percentage is.waywyrd wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 2:42 pmDallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 2:25 pm
If you mean the money waiting there is a separate example here

Having gone back over the bot I was trying to set volume traded/condition, but it only allows a greater or less than figure. And now trying to work out how to change that to a percentage figure, if that's possible? I can see options for % in stored values, but struggling with which options I need to match with each other. Hope that makes sense. I realised after I set bot up that WOM is too easily manipulated, and so figure % volume traded/condition would give clearer more reliable indication?

That's not a bad idea,I guess it depends on the market and how fast the prices are moving as to how much you can do with itjamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 6:12 pm

Regarding the problem you are having do you mean you are stuck on the export to check them
or calculating them from the export
On the export, ive set the rule to export all SV's & History Lists as per usual but I can't find the files come the end of the day. I've always had that issue tbh, what I used to do was click "browse" within the parameters section of the rule and it would bring up all exported files.Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 6:28 pmThat's not a bad idea,I guess it depends on the market and how fast the prices are moving as to how much you can do with itjamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 6:12 pm

The problem I've got after using the history lists that way is to which decimal place is the data being stored, once that problem is solved I can use it within conditions.
Either that or I'll wait for one of the upgrades to have it if enough request.
Can you strip out any additional rules and upload a file with just the SV and export rules and i'll take a lookjamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 6:45 pmOn the export, ive set the rule to export all SV's & History Lists as per usual but I can't find the files come the end of the day. Yeah, will do & appreciate it. Its on my other computer to the one I'm currently using so I'll upload the file when I log into it. There isn't any rush so whenever you've got a spare 5 will be just dandy.Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 7:18 pmCan you strip out any additional rules and upload a file with just the SV and export rules and i'll take a lookjamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 6:45 pmOn the export, ive set the rule to export all SV's & History Lists as per usual but I can't find the files come the end of the day. While I've got your attention (I did reply to your last response if you haven't yet seen) if I set this rule will it be 1 second ago and thats it or can/does it mean greater than 1 second ago?Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 7:18 pmCan you strip out any additional rules and upload a file with just the SV and export rules and i'll take a lookjamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 6:45 pmOn the export, ive set the rule to export all SV's & History Lists as per usual but I can't find the files come the end of the day. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Its exactly 1 sec ago, the greater than element is looking at the price not timejamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 7:47 pmWhile I've got your attention (I did reply to your last response if you haven't yet seen) if I set this rule will it be 1 second ago and thats it or can/does it mean greater than 1 second ago?Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 7:18 pmCan you strip out any additional rules and upload a file with just the SV and export rules and i'll take a lookjamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 6:45 pm

Not to go off topic but just checked S6 after that last reply and ironically were currently joint top with 17ptsDallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 8:55 pmIts exactly 1 sec ago, the greater than element is looking at the price not time

Edit: can still both potentially hit 30pts - although <7pts by FT more likely

I checked too, think you have the edge this round.Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 8:56 pmNot to go off topic but just checked S6 after that last reply and ironically were currently joint top with 17pts
