This is a basic Guardian automation file for use on pre-off horse racing market markets.

The purpose of this rules file is enable you to have your rules begin triggering ONLY when the previous race has ended, this can be handy particularly on busy days like Saturdays and Bank Holidays

The file contains the rules required to identify when the previous race has ended, it also contains an example rule which simply places a bet as soon as the previous race has ended - this is just to show how the example works, once you are ready to the example back bet rule can be deleted then you can either add your own rules to the file, or copy the rules from this file into your existing file

All you need to do is add the condition used on the example back bet rule to your own rule/s and that will prevent them triggering until after the previous race has ended

How it works and using the Rules File
Once you have it imported into your Guardian you can edit those (or any other parts of the file) anyway you want or remove them and add your own rules to use the recent form very easily by clicking on "Edit Rules File".

Please refer to the 'Note' tab for a more detailed explanation on how each rule works and how it may be connected/linked to other rules within the file

Downloading and Importing the Files
To use the file just click on the 'Start Triggering Bets when Previous Race is Suspended .baf' link below and that will download it to your computer, then with guardian open on the "Automation" tab click "Import a Rules File" as shown in the image, once imported it will now appear in the pick list area just above, you can now apply it to any markets you have added into guardian.

NB, On occasions if a race is very late starting this can of course prevent your rules from firing on the next race, however when the late starting race does then end that may trick your rules on the race after the next to begin triggering - believing the previous race has ended and not realising it was actually the race before that which has just ended
If this does happens it will automatically correct itself for the race after that.

There are ways you can mitigate this further, but the best way would depend on the times your rules are armed for, as the arm times I used were just for demonstration purposes there wasn't much point in over complicating the file when users would probably be using different arm times anyway
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

For an inplay trader on days like today this will be really useful thanks for sharing (just edited to switch to a screen when in play)..
