Data to show my selection for particular race

Does anybody know if it's possible to download a spreadsheet from Betfair (or anywhere) that will populate the last 3 months of races I have traded and also list my selection in that race.

The only other way I can do it is to manually click into every line on my Betfair P&L to see what my selection was and that comprises of over 1,000 races so if there's a quicker way to do it I'm all ears.
