Me too, you just can't trust it. This must be the 2nd time in 3 months this has happened, and just when we were thinking they'd got the API sorted...

for a multi-million pound company, if not billion pound worth business just what the f*** are they doing, what with commission rates & premium charges do they not spend any on R & D, they are laughable at times, this being 1 of them. it just should not happen with their size & dominance of the market place

I'm listening to Betfair/Timeform radio and they said that the servers were back up and running. That lasted for about 3 mins before they crashed again.

did anyone else notice that the horse "premium charge" ran in the 13:45 which was Betdaq sponsored while betfair is down.

Fav won Newcastle 1:50, in case any one else - like me - was sweating on a red position on that race.

Markets seem to be back now and running.

Their web site still feels very sticky, so I'd be very careful for the next few races.

Just had the market settled - nice win for me in the end but would not wish that few minutes on anyone!

Its not right at all..

Eg: on this race i have NO Unmatched bets yet previous bets keep popping up on my ladder and unmatched bets tab.

Day off... official!

Agree - it doesn't seem worth the risk. We were heavily testing that last market only to see our bets pulse in and out of view. They haven't fixed it yet.

I don't know if you guys got this kind of response from BA, but I'm calling the day off:

The volumes are all wrong and the odds jumped like a horse :)

I was amazed by how much activity there was on that last race at wolves (i.e. the large amounts stacked up on the fav.) I would have thought all traders would be taking the day off!

I had a go at the 14:25 at Newcastle and it also was 'flashing' my orders back at me. Just did the 1 trade and got out. I also don't think the website is working properly yet either, I can't get my P&L and my balance won't refresh on the main screen.

I'm staying clear for the time being.
