Customer Services initially tried to fob me off saying they were experiencing technical issues, even though the issues had by then been resolved and the race in questioned settled! After speaking to customer services you can see they are not bothered, there is a disconnect.
Very poor - I have asked for it to be forwarded to their Escalation Management Team as per their Dispute Resolution Policy. In no way is it ever acceptable for them to say bets were matched when their own website was clearly indicating they had not.
