Roughly once a week this happens in US horse racing. Is there really just some guy sat there with some live feeds and a "go" and "stop" button in front of him? Or is there a more sophisticated system? Either way, how does this happen so often? Must cost Betfair a fortune.

i am clueless to what my position is on the haydock , i seem to have 60 backs settled and 75 lays settled, (according to avccount) but i only 20 placed backs and lays 20 in the market.
