Basic Scalping Servant

Is there one I can start with and modify, I just want it to scalp tick by tick for me until I tell it to stop, start, green up, start again.

More complicated would be start, green, and then only start again when there is loads of upward pressure, so for example im laying 0.5 goals, and the back at 1.06 has like 2k against it but the lay at 1.07 has like 20 left (which I then want to take)?
