If that descion Portugal v France isn't a clear and obvious error I don't know what is.
The Portugal defender was occupying the ground. He didn't lunge or obstruct, he was just there first.

I guess teams with the same points and goal difference are sorted on who beat who in the group match, putting Germany above Portugal.

Great shame about Hungary, they really deserved to go through.
