Today's Football
Maybe the players have got info that he's back off to the Toon to exploit their new found wealth.
I will have to wait for the replays, but the coverage suggested a complete implosion.
The guy is an obsessive and relentless. And has walked into high-profile jobs and succeeded. I'd be surprised if you don't see a reaction from his players in the next few weeks.

The Newcastle problem for any manager isn't the team you have, it's the team you must build.
Saint-Maximim looks Premier League class quite often but not constantly, Joe Willock has the potential if he can play like he did at the end of last season. Longstaff/Hendrick/Joelington are good Championship players playing in a Premier League team.
I wouldn't fancy being the first, second or third manager the new owners get, it'll be a team in constant evolvement, need a good few transfer windows to get a good squad together. That said, I'll still throw my CV at them. I could lead the team through a 1 point from 24 available streak and walk away, thanking the fans for their support, and the owners for the 5m payoff

I'll be very disappointed if Liverpool fans aren't singing Paul Scholes sucks his daughters toes this afternoon

Konate in for Matip is a big call.
No Fabinho (injured) Keita gets another chance, hope he defends better than Tuesday night
