Okay, agree it's looking grim for my team Leeds, and yes, they'll do their upmost away to Brentford on Sunday and hope Burnley slip up too. However, the bottom line is, a team can't concede 75+ goals in a league and expect to stay there. There were long term injuries to key players, but most teams go through that at some stage.
If relegation does happen, at least the coffers are in good shape. (unlike last time with Peter Ridsdale at the helm ) They will sell Raphinha to Barcelona for £55mill anyway, and likely Phillips for a similar amount to a premiership team. They have a strong U23 squad and can rebuild, having a strong chance of bouncing back like Fulham/Bournemouth did this year.
The only question is: will the 49'ers go through with their long term plan?

Yeah looks like another season where draws cost us the title.

If that's was the case mate why did we not buy in January.
Biesla kept saying why replace players when the new are no better than the current .
That's all just down to cash.
I fear for us next year. The top players will go and we will be back in the championship with a small low quality squad and a poor coach unproven in the UK and clearly stuck with some class acts like Firpo, Roberts, Rodrigo,(30 M ??)
Unless a miracle can happen on Sunday,(hope and pray it does) we are back in the mad house but at least a better chance of getting a ticket
MOT you never know in football
