It's helped build a trading bank though.
Sure, but the concept of needing to build a trading bank first is questionable to say the least, a very common misconception.

What use is a trading bank without a trading edge, if it was not built organically? You can only lose it. Better to put it aside and start anew.

I'm in the process of getting all my bookie accounts gubbed with the eachway sniper bot. It's made good profits that have far outweighed the Momentum losses but it obviously won't last long.

Re: Mike Cruickshank - I am a Betting Mastermind lifetime member and to be fair it has been well worth it, I have made a lot of money from the bonus bagging and casino strategies. However some of his strategies just haven't worked for me. Momentum is one of them, tried it out over 20 or 30 matches, never made a penny. The Eachway Sniper automated worked and I made a few hundred quid until I got gubbed by all the bookies it includes.
How are you sniping at the bookies, and doing it with automation? Those are terms I associate with in-running and betting through an api. Which bookies facilitate that?

Is anyone running a similar strategy still

I've looked at the CS market and it seems quite illiquid with huge gaps in odd prices etc....does any kind of hedging system work with it due to the huge gaps ?

No bookmakers facilitate it. Though lots of people run arbing robots etc. it’s a massive part of the problem of why we get the endless discussions about bookmaker account restrictions.

Most of the people who squeal about bookmakers restricting only do so because they can’t win on the exchanges. They need the exchanges to tell them which prices are wrong, then expect the bookmakers to facilitate them for as much as they want, with all the concessions, price boosts and extra places etc on top,

All the people who claim to be caught in the crossfire of this, and claim that they “just want a fair bet at a fair price” should just use the exchange. That’s where you get a FAIR BET.

The bookies don't facilitate it - there's no API involved. The bot supports about a dozen bookies and signs into each account using stored credentials. It then places each way value bets, using user defined criteria (stake and odds) based on comparison with exchange place odds.
