Btw if we get banned for shitposting it's going to be your fault.

You have more posts than me so you really should know better! :D
This is very true, but spamming low effort memes hardly counts as posting! And to be fair I probably should've been permabanned many times by now, but I somehow always sweet talk my way out of trouble, plus it helps to throw Derek under the bus every single time 👍

Careful.

Lazio haven't really got anything to play for and Torino are scrapping against relegation, need a point to be safe.

On the subject of Italian football I haven't seen any of those really short priced draws in the last few weeks in Serie A or B. Must be a result of not having fans at games :?:

Just one more reference to Alisson's goal (I promise!)

After this effort from the Brazilian commentator imagine if VAR had ruled it out!

That was when they had a chance of Champions League football.

Good luck though

He presents as a very nice man, with excellent managerial skills, I do like him.

Glad someone has posted on this. He's been around for absolute yonks. He rocked up at Blackburn and I'd never heard of him, but already had an pan-national career. It didn't work out at LFC, but I think Hodgson is far smarter than most people think. I say 'wel done'. To follow your passion and make it pay is the ideal.

He owes Liverpool those 3 points in the last game, surely. For everything he put us through with the likes of Konchesky and Poulsen

But I'm sure he had a nice time managing in Sweden or wherever.

Ahhhh, Konchesky. I remember a game v Spurs. Konchesky as left back was supposed to guard that side of the box when the ball was on our right. He slept and someone (that I can't remember or google) whizzed past Konchecky's shoulder and scored. But the scorer was notoriously quick.

He got a lot of stick from fans. And if you remember his mum had to defend him against hordes of "scouse scum" on her Facebook :)

I've no problem with Konchesky. Being a player for a top six team brings all sorts of criticism. Konch was so close to being great, but wasn't. Still, several million in the bank. Happy days! And good luck to him in his coaching.

My abiding memory of Hodgson (apart from his time at Liverpool) was shouting at Ronaldo (O Fenomeno) to track back during a game against Roma!

I reckon he deserves respect. It's a vicious environment. To still be there at 73 and choose your own point of departure is an achievement. Style of play etc is purely subjective. He has contracts a plenty to define his competence objectively.
