With Kane having been "Levyed" that should drag Spurs down.
The market says Spurs, but I think all your points throw it all up in the air. Where it lands, we shall see. Game on.
I actually hope we see the real Harry Kane, but that is looking increasingly unlikely. The guy has been a shadow of his former clinical striker self.
The whole Kane episode has been incredibly mis-managed.
I think it was silly to keep him. He was always likely to go into a place of mental sulk & who knows what that internal voice is saying or how negatively that is going to impact his game longer term.
Indeed. Pundits have been saying he will maintain his professionalism. So far, he hasn't. And who could blame him. He has been the stand-out striker for a while. Now he's entering the twilight of his career and Levy has blocked him from his final lucrative move.
I hope I'm wrong because I love watching exceptional footballers doing their thing. But the guy looks hollowed out. Such a shame.
I don’t think professionalism can switch off feelings... sort of like a keeping your chin up and getting on with things isn't going to change the way he's feeling or thinking inside and it could be those internal thoughts and feelings that are expressing themselves in his game. Time will tell but he wanted to go where success is nearly given and if Spurs underachieve his expectations/desires then I'd imagine that internal resentment will only get stronger and stronger.

This build up has really highlighted the hypocrisy of Sky and the Premier League. The message seems to be there's no room for racism but plenty of room for murderers of journalists and gay people.

This is why lots of people would prefer if broadcasters stayed off the bandwagons and just stuck to the sport.

With all due respect to Atletico and Simeone... get fucked

I think Atletico are entitled to feel aggrieved. I don't think the Jota 'foul' was a pen but not sure why it was overturned on review. As for Simeone storming off down the tunnel and not shaking Klopp's hand.. who cares?! Don't know why the media make such a big deal about this kind of thing. I'd prefer to see a coach show his true emotions at the final whistle rather than some flaccid handshake where the coaches aren't even looking at each other.

About time they lost, can't keep getting away with all that shithousery. Good result but a shambolic performance, quite a few crumbled under the pressure.

Next up United away, if only the matches against them had this much emotion and tension. Imagine Simeone managing United!

Simeone is too anti-establishment for Utd, my worst nightmare is Utd sack Ole and hire Conte ..😲😱

If FIFA, sorry Saudi Arabia, sorry Newcastle have any sense they'll have plans to make a move for Conte

I predicted Bruce's demise long ago. Since then I've only admiration for him.
How brutal to suffer so much abuse and then, when the money arrives, get ejected.
I don't think the milions will compensate for losing control of the club of which he is a fan.
A decent man, owned by a self-centered wazzock.

Shocker of a first-half for Man United.
