It's still a max of three substitution 'events' per side though so shouldn't make any difference to added time in theory.wearthefoxhat wrote: ↑Sun Aug 14, 2022 3:51 pmStating the obvious, but with the 5 subs allowed, the average added time is 5 minutes+. Something to consider for late momentum trades.

They're both a bit crazy. Tuchel is close to the point of alienating his players. Conte would appear to have kicked his players up the bum and got a response. It's interestng how we've come to accept the "hairdryer" doesn't work anymore. But these guys can wither a player with a glance. Tuchel now has a new backer, Conte is stuck with Levy. I predict a squabble over playerr investment and Conte will walk - again.Trader Pat wrote: ↑Sun Aug 14, 2022 6:38 pmWhats your take on Conte v Tuchel?greenmark wrote: ↑Sun Aug 14, 2022 6:35 pmMan U bottom, Brentford, Forest and Brighton in the top half.Trader Pat wrote: ↑Sun Aug 14, 2022 6:25 pmWow! 2-2!
How was that not a foul on Sideshow Bob though?!
Gravity and wealth will probably take over but it's fun while it lasts.
I'd make Conte 1.50 favourite!

Having seen the replays Nunez was naive and Anderson exploited that.
Had I been Nunez and been bullied like that I would have reacted too.
Sadly for us (LFC) that's 3 games without an important player. That's potentially a lot of glory and money dropped, right there!

It looks like a minestrone. With Man C as the normal parmesan topping. Lets see a few more games in eh?Archery1969 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 15, 2022 10:29 pmI know its only 2 games into the season but this table looks very strange.

Big 6 pointer for relegation coming next - Man Utd v Liverpool.

Wouldn't it be funny if Man Utd went down.

No club is too big to get relegated that's for sure. £1.4 billion spent on players over the last 6/7 years should help the team stay up, but most of those have under achieved. They have to keep Ronaldo in the team and accept a 6th/7th place finish is the best they can expect this season. (they'd take that now for sure)
How would they react to losing the first 6 games in a row? (even to Southampton)

Could even get a 5 match ban when it gets reviewed again.greenmark wrote: ↑Mon Aug 15, 2022 10:11 pmHaving seen the replays Nunez was naive and Anderson exploited that.

Nunez will also be targetted all season now to get him to "lose his head" and get booked or sent off again.
Yep, certainly going to be a test of his character isn't it? And also Klopp's ability to set him straight and support him through it.wearthefoxhat wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 10:12 amCould even get a 5 match ban when it gets reviewed again.greenmark wrote: ↑Mon Aug 15, 2022 10:11 pmHaving seen the replays Nunez was naive and Anderson exploited that.
