First goal stats

Dear Friends,

Im trying to develop strategy to bet on a over 2.5 goal market, I want to catch a goal so I have made some statistics (included in a attachment) So game is divided for 15 min segments with amounts of goals in games involved each team.


So my questions are:

Are last season stats relevant to this season ?

And the most important one: some teams are below the average and some above, some in the middle. In other words I dont really understand how to use statistics in a right way.

So is it correct to assume I need to find game with 2 teams who are involved in above average amount of goals (see attachment) e.g Aston Villa v Everton in 31-45 min ?

Now it obviously depends from the game as well if Im aiming at goal in 31-15 min and current score is 0-0 I will move to over 1.5 goals etc.
