If you can access the exchange already via the API then there's no point in using it.

If you can't use Betfair at all then Orbitx will enable you to use the site but you won't have API access or be able to use any software

Its a last resort for those in countries with no Betfair access

Without access to the API you are at a massive disadvantage to the tens of thousands of BF traders who do have it and use 3rd party software or there own programs to interact with the exchange

i m not even trading in BF
it is restricted in Greece
