Now that you mention it, he may have just deposited the £100 limit and got his first winner. If that failed he'd have to deposit another £200 quid, so the problems may start sooner than you'd think.

I suppose they're bound to have a few questions for OP when he ends up depositing half a million next week.

They'll happily allow him to deposit and lose half a million, they'll suspend his account and stop further deposits before he can place the "correct bet" that wins back all his losses plus a few hundred.

Obviously there is no such thing as a convenient time to have your account closed. Betfair is well aware of this and their algorithms are designed to pick the worst time, such as a large deposit and an open trade, judging by some of the recent posts.

The aim of the system is to find only 1 correct bet.
matches start at different times
because this rule is essential for martingale
For example, start with 100
It is increased by 2x until the correct bet is found.
After the first correct bet, the part is over.
and i had this in the first game
100×3.94=394
394-100=+294 profit

I forgot to ask, did you actually place the £100 bet (or whatever currency you're using) and make 294 profit, or is it just a 'dry run' challenge?

Another way of putting it is if the order of the games had been Arges, Gaziantep, Amager, Quito, Rangers (the non Scottish ones) all of these were losses. By the time you would be coming to one of the ones that won you would be down -3.1k and looking to back with 3.2k

I don't think he's really betting, just paper trading. It's bad enough using a Martingale but applying a roulette staking plan to odds-against soccer!!!
