Understat (this covers top 4 leagues only) or sofa scores. There just my personal choices for live in-play stats, at the end of the day there all pretty much the same just have different formatting and some are more pleasing on the eye than others.

Historical stats for modelling I use CMGBET

Out of interest how do they provide a single end user with data? Is it API based with a subscription?

Sofascore was excellent even before they added stuff like xG

Overall they paint a pretty good picture of any match you're not watching
