Fix chart ranges

Hi. I have a bunch of candlestick charts - each one set up under a ladder with a 15 min time range. Every time I change the market the charts reset and switch to a 60 second time frame. This takes a while to change back - any ideas on how to fix the time range? I've tried saving the view at 15 mins but this doesn't work...

Its the settings profile that needs to be re-saved not the layout profile

Thanks Dallas. Tried saving settings and didn't work. Even logged out and logged back in to see if it would then pick up the reset range - to no avail

Sorry mis ready your OP and thought you were referring to the refresh time.

Have you changed and re-saved the actual chart settings in the advanced charts area?

I've gone into the advanced chart settings but couldn't find an option to set the time window. Then if I save and come back out it's reset the time window from 15 mins to 60 secs! Grrrrr...

In the advanced chart settings the 'Data Points' width sets how much it is you see within an advanced chart window
