Exporting Live TPD info into excel

Hello everyone, I'm quite new concerning bet angel using excel and I am subscribed to TPD, I have been trying to export the live data(speed, CE, VF,...) of TPD into excel but has not been successful, I would be really grateful if someone could help me. Thank you very much,

Set up stored values with TPD data then goto settings/excel and add them via the settings on the Excel tab.

What excel file do I export the TPD info into? Where do I find such file? Is there a blow-by-blow instruction on how to set up the process?
