Grouping in a Coupon, when sorting using an SV

I have a coupon with a Primary panel, sorted by SV, then 1 additional panel with markets from the same football event.

Sorting works fine in the Primary Panel, but as soon as I try to group the Event in Settings, I lose all my SV sorting. Is it possible to group and link/scroll/pad multiple markets for an Event , when using an SV sort ?

I've tried very combo of settings and I cant make it happen
