Tomorrow starts my favourite Tennis tournament of the year

Good luck to all those jumping aboard what will be some great up and down rollercoster markets, and the women's draw especially is wide open this year

laying nadal at 1.02 could be a good idea this year, he cant win it every year
and he is getting older and slower these days, plus the young guns are coming after him.

Nadal and Djokovic in the same half of the draw adds a bit of extra spice.. and Federer in that half too. Won't challenge but good to see him back

Not sure what has happened to old Angie Kerber over the last 2 years. Some hot garbage out there today. Again.

That is a surprise, and I actually missed that until it was way to late, too focused on the women's matches today

How'd everyone fair today? Not as many opportunities as I thought there would be. For me a least.

Morning session was a pile of manure for me, very first match I had down as opposing Bogdan which didn't particularly end well
Second one had earmarked Pavlyuchenkova as potentially struggling with no games since her abdo injury @ Madrid and general poor form early points of most tournaments.

Afternoon definitely improved, Sab the tank gave me a decent profit, best one has been Bouzkova/Siniakova which is still on

Heather Watson will never let you down up an early break. I'm not even sure you have to have a racquet in your hand as her opponent. Just let her mind do the work.

Diyaz going behind early in the 2nd was a bit like an extra bit of dessert to add to the green

That's nice. I closed the door on that one after the first set. Watching some decent mind f***ery and shenenagians in both the Konta/Cirstea and Kenin/Osta games.
