Berrettini practiced with Nadal a couple of days ago too.
I suppose it all comes down to the anti-bodies.

Just reading about it on the BBC's website it says....
Players do not have to test routinely at Wimbledon this year....
Looks like Berrettini had symptoms and took it upon himself to do a test. There are probably a few players in the draw who are Covid positive but probably don't have symptoms. If testing was mandatory there would be quite a few withdrawals you would think.
