Scaling the stakes

My system is very time sensitive, I typically spend only 2-5 minutes in the match and it all depends on making the bet and then hedging out once the market gets to where I need it to be.

It is essential to be able to match the bet, and then match it again at exit. So far I took Betfair liquidity in tennis for granted, but as my stakes increase I realize that sometimes even for 50 EUR you don't get your whole bet matched. Also, when the market is moving from (i.e.) 1,8 to 2,2 typically there is a lot of gaps.

Could you tell me what are your experiences with scaling the stakes? Will it make a big impact on my system, and any advice on how to deal with it would be highly appreciated.

Hi
In my experience I found a point whereby I couldnt increase my stakes any higher. I reached a point of diminishing returns.

The only way you will find yours is to ensure you keep good trading records and then constantly review them.
