Does the stop loss work with tennis or does the delay mean the stop price gets missed most of the time? thanks

I expect that's because the people who use stop loss with tennis have not read this yet.

What happens when you try it?

I would use an automatic stop on Tennis. Tennis trader will show you were the prices are likely to move and that is the judge of whether to hold a position or get out.

sorry, I was a previous user of betangel for a number of years on horse racing, but would like to resubscribe for the tennis. But as the prices a so volatile I felt a stoploss would be critical but thought the 5 sec time delay would mean the price would pass the stop b4 it could activate.
