These settings will display each runners current speed in relation to the course par speed at that location on the TPD map using a colour gradient ranging from from red to green to denote if a runner is travelling above or below the course par, while the colour is white it means its travelling at about the course average

Used with the Par chart this allows you to see if the race is being run above or below the average pace for that course and distance, a fast start can often mean horses begin tiring early so there can sometimes be surprises still to come in the later stages where as a slow start may mean the race is being run more tactically with energy being saved for the closing stages
All this information is updated as fast as every 200ms so you can always have the most up to date information in front of you

NB; to use this settings profile you will need to have an active subscription to TPD and be using the new Bet Angel v1.60 which can be downloaded from the following page which also contains full details of all new options and features which have been added
viewtopic.php?f=46&t=26591

When these settings are used your Map window will look like this

In that image above I have the Par chart also enabled, as you can see most of the race so far has been run below the par (average) speed, so you would expect they have plenty of energy still remaining.
At the time of the screenshot you can see one runner is now well above the par speed for that location, and a quick look at the map shows its runner '9' thats about to make a move
Where as despite the race been run slow so far there are still two runner not able to switch pace, on the map you can see these are runners '2' and '6'

Colour Settings
For the runners colour to change dependant on their current speed verses the course par speed at that location you will need to download and import the 'Value Based Colour Setting' file below,
You can of course edit these files and change the speeds required for each colour any way you want
Par & Speed Difference.bavbc

Once imported you need to select that colour profile and then enter the shared stored value name for the selection as difference_speed
so that your settings appear exactly the same as above

Rules File
To pass the real-time speed and par data from TPD to your Map window you will also need to download and import the 'Current & Par Speed Difference'.baf' file into your Guardian, once downloaded to your computer open Guardian and on the ‘Automation’ tab click ‘Import a Rules’ file, then each day just add your markets to Guardian and apply that rules file to them all.

How/where to enter the shared stored value name for the selection as difference_speed?

Just above the part you've got in your screen screen shot, in the area called 'Map of Race Course......'
As highlighted in the screenshot at the bottom of the OP
