My search ability on this forum isnt great so I am probably asking question asked already.
Does someone have a lay rule file for say horse below certain odds blazing out in front and going too quick within a certain part of the race using TPD and all the bells and whistles that go with?
Just someit to start off and tweak. Hopefully a friendly face can help
