TPD Feedback and Issues

Still getting issues here. I have my 'Race information has been updated from Total Performance Data within' set to 0.8 secs.

Here's my log of issues since your post at 2:19pm:

14:50 Donc
No data flowing for 10 secs from 14:54:00 to 14:54:10
1 sec stutter at 14:55:03
No data flowing for 8 secs from 14:56:57 to 14:57:05

15:20 Donc
No data flowing for the first 8 secs of in-play

15:50 Donc
No data flowing for 13 secs from 15:53:52 to 15:54:05
No data flowing for 6 secs from 15:54:16 to 15:54:22
No data flowing for 7 secs from 15:54:34 to 15:54:41

16:20 South
No issues

I doubled checked the logging I have here against the times you stated and could see similar gaps on some (not all) on this PC so there was definitely some issues with the feed this afternoon so need to keep an eye on that

The issue that you and mcmwh posted about last night and was still occurring in the first races today was down to a parsing error following some changes made by TPD made late yesterday, that has now been resolved, this afternoons intermittent slugging data on those few races looks to have just been a general bad feed - just with uncanny timing

No TPD data in the first race at Sam Houston just now?

See below summary of what I saw for TPD for the Sam Houston card this evening. Hope this is of use:

R1 no data
R2 no data
R3 no data
R4 OK
R5 OK
R6 partial data (missing several attributes for all selections for almost all of the race, including 'position' and 'distance to finish')
R7 OK but issues with selection "Perkeo" (data showed he was travelling backwards in the second half of the race )
R8 OK
R9 OK

The only thing I would add is that the pre race data looks okay - you see the horses plodding about then settle into the stalls. The data seems to transmit once or twice once the horses have left the stalls then data ceases to update.

Dallas, may I suggest it would be useful to have one long thread for reporting of TPD feedback and issues? It would help to keep everything in one place, make it easier for TPD to keep track, and also useful as a flag for users when there are gremlins like the Betfair Down thread. We could use this thread if you want to change the title to something like 'TPD feedback' if you wish?

Y, that would make sense, I've changed the title
